These terms govern your use of Cluventure. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Cluventure offers city scavenger hunts via an iOS app and web player, plus a portal where organizations create private event hunts and share an access code with participants.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must verify your email address before logging in with a password.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent security or access limits, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to harass others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Business hunts & payment
Paid event hunts are charged once per hunt according to the selected tier. Prices are shown before purchase. As this is a digital service delivered immediately, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once a hunt is published; contact us for any billing question.
Intellectual property
The Cluventure software, design and content remain ours. Content you create in the builder remains yours; you grant us the license needed to host and serve it to your participants.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. Dutch law applies and disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court.
